Kinetic Paths
In this series of collages with threads, the artist traces improvised paths on paper. The material is continually added to this universe where it is glued, sometimes fixedly, sometimes freely. The images formed are reminiscent of topographic maps, with alternating superficialities and depths, as if they demanded the artist to leave the two-dimensional that she had until then brought as the main characteristic of her art.

A saudação é uma evocação à proteção, é um registro de chegada ou um registro de partida, é uma forma de se mostrar presente, ou um fio condutor ao diálogo. Com este título, a artista compõe uma série de colagens em papel vegetal, obras que se tornam tanto uma evocação à proteção divina quanto uma forma de aproximação. Um pedido de bênçãos como parte de um processo de aprofundamento identitário em que resgata a espiritualidade pelas cores de referências aos Òrìṣà e sinuosidades dos elementos cerimoniais do candomblé. Esta série faz parte do Clube dxs Colecionadorxs, do NowHere.
Série Correnteza
Apesar de ser muito associado ao forte trânsito da água, correnteza remete-nos também à fluência, curso e fluxo. Este conjunto de obras é uma saudação à vibração das cores e à imprevisibilidade das formas. Estas obras participaram de uma Exposição Individual da artista, em 2021, em Portugal.
